The idea that we are all equals has been enshrined in Coleman company policy since its incorporation in 2016 under the leadership of Lee Weisenberg, our CEO. We believe in equal pay for equal work, and our policy is to pay all positions equally without regard to gender, race, or sexual orientation. In addition, we do not discriminate against individuals who may have been incarcerated and paid their debt to society and are looking to start fresh. These policies, which have served both our employees and the company equally well, has allowed us to discover “hidden gems” that may have been overlooked without this type of policy ingrained in our culture.
